1. | Mix ingredients. |
2. | Prepare a bread pan by greasing and sprinkling with sesame seeds. Or if you don't care for sesame seeds, line pan with foil with enough up the sides for handles, grease well. |
3. | Spoon in mixture and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325° F (160° C) oven. |
4. | Chill, remove loaf from pan and slice for sandwiches. |
5. | Note: great with homemade whole wheat bread, slices of fresh tomato and lettuce. |
