Vegetarian Tortilla Pizza
A super easy, guilt free alternative to get yourself a little pizza fix.
1 low carb tortilla
1 oz goat cheese
1 oz tomato paste
2 oz tomato sauce
1 jalapeno peppers
Start by mixing a standard sized can of tomato sauce with the small can of tomato paste to thicken it up.
Add Italian seasoning or your mixture of herbs to taste.
Using a standard pizza pan, spread the tomato sauce on the tortilla and top with the cheese and peppers.
Bake at 425 °F (210 °C) for about 12 minutes and enjoy!
