A 12" light dough rolled to 1/8" thickness to be baked with your favorite toppings.

  1. In a medium bowl combine half the flour, yeast, salt, oil and warm water (100 °F).
  2. Mix until a smooth consistency is made then slowly add the remaining flour until it thickens.
  3. Once dough is thick, remove from bowl to a lightly floured cutting board or similar. Knead for 2-3 minutes then place in another bowl and cover for 15 minutes.
  4. Once it has risen, roll out to 12" diameter 1/8" or thinner thickness and place on a stone or cookie sheet.
  5. Add your favorite toppings and bake.
