Pre-heat oven at 350°F. |

In a bowl mash bananas. Mix 1 egg, brown sugar, white sugar, butter, vanilla extract, and sour cream. |

Add flour, salt, and baking soda. |

To prepare the cream cheese filling, mix the remaining egg and cream cheese together. |

Pour half of the banana batter into a greased 9" x 5" loaf pan, then pour the cream cheese over. Add the remaining of the batter on top. |

Bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving. |
