Directions

1. Soak the dates and apricots for 15 minutes. Drain.
2. Combine the dates, apricots, mashed banana, grated carrots, yogurt, and egg.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix.
4. Put the mixture in muffin mold. Distribute evenly.
5. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
