Ingredients

Directions

1. Whisk 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsps soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and 1 tbsp honey into a medium bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat.
2. Chop cabbage into wedges, place on one side of sheet pan with green beans, drizzle with remaining olive oil.
3. On other side of sheet pan, put chicken in single layer. Broil with rack in middle of oven at 325°F for 17-22 minutes.
4. Mix remaining sesame oil, soy sauce, and honey with rice vinegar, garlic, and sriracha, then set aside.
5. Remove sheet pan from oven, let chicken rest for 5-10 minutes.
6. Chop chicken and cabbage, toss with green beans and pour dressing over. Top with chopped cilantro, green onions, and peanuts.
