To prepare, peel and dice potatoes, carrots, tomato and onion. |

Boil 6 cups of water in a large pot. |

Add the carrots and potatoes to boiling water. When starts to soften but aren't cooked all the way, add frozen broccoli. |

Wait about 2 minutes and add frozen peas, corn and the diced onion and tomato. |

Bring to a boil, cover and simmer until the vegetables are done. |

Optional: for a more flavorful soup season the boiling water with salt, pepper lemon powder, and/or chicken broth powder. |
