1/4 cup raw cashews
1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
1 tsp sea salt
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 cup sunflower oil
2 tsps garlic powder
4 fl oz water
Blend cashews, sunflower seeds, and water in a blender until smooth.
Add nutritional yeast, salt and garlic powder to combine.
Pour in oil to running blender in a thin stream until incorporated and thick.
To finish add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
