1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsps canola oil
1 cup strips or slices carrot
1 <span class="measurestring" title="slices (1" dia)">slice</span> ginger
1/4 <span class="measurestring" title="cup (8 fl oz)">cup</span> water
1 oz miso
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Refrigerate for twenty minutes.
Serve over your favorite salad or steamed vegetables and rice.
