Tasty baked cod with a delicious creamy sauce.
1 1/2 lbs pacific cod
1 fl oz lime juice
1 tbsp light mayonnaise
0.12 tsp onion powder
0.12 tsp pepper
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 1/2 tbsps butter
2 tbsps parsley
1/3 second olive oil spray
Preheat oven to 425 °F (210 °C).
Place fish in an 11 x 7" baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Combine lime juice, mayonnaise, onion powder, and pepper in a small bowl, and spread over fish.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs; drizzle with butter.
Bake at 425 °F for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Sprinkle with parsley.
