Baked Seasoned Fries
A healthier alternative to deep fried french fries without sacrificing taste.
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
2 <span class="measurestring" title="potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia)">medium</span> russet potatoes
Cut potatoes into wedges or fries and place in bowl.
Add olive oil then add remaining ingredients and mix well until potatoes are coated.
Bake on baking sheet or in baking dish for 45 minutes at 450° F (220° C) fliping them once half way through.
