Banh Mi Meatballs
A Vietnamese meatball used to make Banh Mi.
1/3 cup panko crispy plain bread crumbs
1 tbsp sriracha chili sauce
1 large egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp beef stock
1 tbsp less sodium soy sauce
1 lb ground pork
Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with Pam.
In a large bowl, stir ingredients until well mixed.
Shape into 30 (1 inch) balls and place in pan.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink in center.
