Beef, Broccoli and Chinese Noodles
A terrific Asian noodle dish for the family.
1 tbsp wok peanut oil
1 tsp sesame seed oil
8 tbsps stir fry sauce
6 cups chopped broccoli florets
1 tsp minced garlic
1 small red pepper
12 oz beef sstrips
8 oz soba noodles
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
Toss with sesame oil; keep warm.
Heat oil in wok or large skillet; add beef. Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes until browned; remove. Keep warm.
Add broccoli; stir-fry until crisp-tender about 3 minutes.
Add red pepper and garlic; stir-fry 1 minute.
Stir in sauce and beef; cook until heated through.
Serve over noodles; sprinkle with sesame seed.
