Beef Crockpot Stew
Only four ingredients needed for this simple crockpot stew.
1 lb beef chuck
2 <span class="measurestring" title="can (10.75 oz)">cans</span> tomato soup
2 <span class="measurestring" title="can (10.5 oz), prepared">cans</span> beef broth
2 <span class="measurestring" title="package (10 oz)">packages</span> frozen vegetables
Cube the beef (or buy it pre-cubed, as "stew beef").
Pour soup and broth into crockpot, mix together.
Add vegetables and beef to the crockpot.
Cover, cook on low for 8 hours.
Note: I like to use frozen stew vegetables (potatoes, carrots, pearl onions, and celery), but whatever vegetables you like should be fine.
