Soak black beans in large bowl of water with 1-2 teaspoons of baking soda overnight. Rinse well. Place in crockpot. |

Heat skillet to medium-high, add extra virgin olive oil, yellow onion, a heaping tablespoon chopped garlic and celery. Add in a teaspoon black pepper, rosemary, Italian seasoning, a teaspoon chili powder, oregano, and 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt. |

Sauté until slightly tender. Add all to crockpot. |

In uncleaned skillet, add ground turkey and remaining spices. |

Cook, stirring frequently, until browned. Add to crockpot. |

Add remaining ingredients (except for the red onion, save for topping) to crockpot. Stir and cook on low approximately 8 hours. |

Serve with shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese, lite sour cream and chopped red onions. |
