A great combination of Angel Food cake and cold and hot sauces.
16 oz light sour cream
2 tsps vanilla
2 cups blueberries
1 oz lemon juice
1 angelfood cake
4 tsps packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 oz cornstarch (1 tsp)
To make sour cream sauce; mix sour cream, vanilla, and brown sugar with a fork until well blended.
To make blueberry sauce; heat blueberries, sugar, lemon juice and 1/2 cup water in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil and cook 2 minutes or longer.
Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to blueberries. Cook until sauce thickens.
Serve over Angel Food cake.
