Breakfast Smoothie (Non Dairy)
High protein, yummy breakfast option that is easy to prepare and especially ideal for Fat Flushers.
1 cup raspberries, frozen
7 fl oz water
1 tbsp flaxseed oil
1 fl oz cranberry juice, unsweetened
12 g protein powder
Place cup of raspberries, cranberry juice, water and flaxseed oil into blender.
Add 1 scoop or 2 tablespoons of whey-based protein powder (vanilla flavor tastes best) to the other ingredients.
Blend until smooth - it will taste very creamy even though no milk or dairy products are used.
