1 medium onion
1 large green bell pepper
2 beef bouillon cubes
46 fl oz tomato juice
1 packet onion soup mix (dry, dehydrated)
1 dash sea salt
1 <span class="measurestring" title="head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia)">head medium</span> cabbage
3 large celery stalks
3 <span class="measurestring" title="cup (8 fl oz)">cups</span> water
In a 4 quart dutch oven, sweat onions, green peppers and celery (no fat added) over medium heat.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer over medium-low heat for 1 hour or until cabbage is cooked as desired.
