Cantaloupe Granita

  1. Place cantaloupe in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
  2. Strain through a fine sieve over a bowl. Discard solids.
  3. Stir in lime juice, agave nectar, and salt.
  4. Pour mixture into an 8" square dish. Freeze at least 8 hours.
  5. Remove mixture from freezer and scrape entire mixture with a fork until fluffy.
