Chamomile cookies with almond butter and cocoa.
1 cup unsalted creamy almond butter
1/2 cup raw honey
4.2 oz chickpeas
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
4 cups chamomile tea
6 tbsps cocoa powder
1 large egg
1 tbsp butter
4 tsps baking powder
Rinse and drain chickpeas. Puree chickpeas in food processor.
Melt butter. Add all other ingredients and pulse with chickpeas until smooth.
Spoon mixture onto parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake on 400 °F (205 °C) for 15 minutes.
