Cheesy Chicken Crescents
Cheese and chicken stuffed crescent rolls.
1.2 cups cream of chicken soup
1 cup low fat milk
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 crescent rolls
10 oz boneless chicken breast
Cook soup, milk, and 1/2 cup shredded cheese in sauce pan over medium heat until melted.
Boil chicken until done. Shred or dice into cubes.
In a bowl combine diced or shredded chicken with a cup of the shredded cheese.
Put mixture in individual crescent rolls and roll up.
Coat the bottom of a 13x9" casserole dish with 1/2 cup of the melted mixture.
Place the rolled up crescents into dish with a few inches of separation.
Pour remaining melted mixture over the rolls and top with remaining shredded cheese.
Bake uncovered at 375° F (190° C) for 20-25 minutes.
