Chicken & Brown Rice Casserole
A savory chicken dish that will soon become a staple at your house.
1 cup fat free condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup instant whole grain brown rice
1 packet onion soup mix
4 bone and skin removed chicken breasts
1 1/3 <span class="measurestring" title="cup (8 fl oz)">cups</span> water
In a 9x13 dish", mix cream of mushroom soup, water, uncooked rice and dry onion soup mix.
Clean chicken breast and remove any excess fat.
Place chicken on top of rice mixture.
Sprinkle tops of chicken with lemon pepper.
Cover and bake at 375° F (190° C) for 45 minutes.
