Chicken and Green beans with Ginger Oyster Sauce
Stir fried chicken and green beans with oyster sauce and fresh grated ginger.

  1. Cut chicken and green beans into bite sized pieces.
  2. Stir fry chicken in non-stick pan until almost done.
  3. Add green beans (fresh or frozen), soy sauce and oyster sauce. Continue to cook for 5 - 8 minutes until beans to desired tenderness.
  4. Turn off heat and add the ginger and brown sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  5. Serve over a cup of white rice.
