Chicken and Spanish Rice

1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsps vegetable oil
5 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
1 1/4 tsps garlic, minced
1 cup chopped onions
2 sprigs parsley, chopped
1/4 cup chopped green peppers
8 oz tomato sauce
5 cups cooked white rice
In large skillet, sauté onions and green peppers in oil for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Add tomato sauce and spices. Heat through.
Add cooked rice and chicken, and heat through.
