Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole
Just like the real thing only creamier and not fried.
4 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 oz Swiss cheese
1 cup cream of chicken soup
4 oz ham steak (boneless, extra lean, cured)
Spray or lightly grease a 5X7" baking dish. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
Chop ham and place on bottom. Grate cheese and use as next layer. Cut up chicken into bite sized pieces and place on top of cheese.
Smooth the soup over the chicken and cheese. Place in oven.
Bake for 60 minutes or until hot and bubbly. You might need to bake it for a bit more time.
Serve over noodles, rice or have plain.
