Chinese Cabbage with Oyster Sauce
Great as a side dish.
1 tbsp peanut oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 cups shredded chinese cabbage
2 tbsps oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
In a large pot, heat peanut oil. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add cabbage and cook for a few minutes, until cabbage starts to release some of its juices.
Add oyster sauce and sesame oil. Stir until cabbage is soft.
