"Cookie Dough" Dip
Protein packed chickpea dip made into a sweet non-guilty treat.
3 tbsps peanut butter
1 tbsp agave nectar
3 tbsps chocolate chips
1 1/2 tbsps vanilla
1 cup chickpeas
Combine chickpeas, peanut butter, vanilla, and agave nectar in a food processor and mix until it's well blended into a puree.
Remove cookie dough mixture from blender, and place in bowl.
Add chocolate chips, and mix well.
Enjoy chilled with sliced apples or even with a spoon.
Note: you can also sub any nut butter for peanut butter.
