Crab Salad II
A healthier but yummy take on a crab salad.
1/2 cup crab flakes
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 cup light sour cream
1 small tomato
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 cup red onions, chopped
2 jumbo boiled eggs
1 tbsp dried dill
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp yellow mustard
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 <span class="measurestring" title="pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)">large</span> yellow sweet pepper
Flake apart crab.
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and all spices together.
In a large bowl add crab and all other ingredients. Mix well.
Get your favorite low carb crackers and enjoy.
Note: may also have as a sandwich or on a salad.
