Cranberry Orange Relish
Make a delicious dessert or breakfast by stirring in plain yogurt.
12 oz cranberries
1 <span class="measurestring" title="large (3-1/16" dia)">large</span> orange
3/4 cup sugar
Slice unpeeled orange into eight pieces; remove any seeds.
Place half the cranberries and half the orange slices in food processor container.
Process until mixture is evenly chopped. Transfer to a bowl.
Repeat with remaining cranberries and oranges slices.
Stir in sugar to desired sweetness.
Allow flavors to meld about 2 hours. Store in refrigerator. Can be frozen.
Note: you can make this with sugar substitute, like Splenda lowering the calorie count.
