Cranberry, Pineapple & Orange Sauce
A quick, simple, basic sauce that can be served as a side dish or used in place of jams or jellies.
2 cups cranberries
1/2 cup pineapple chunks in juice
1 cup water
4 oz navel oranges
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan over medium heat.
Bring to boil for one minute then reduce heat to simmer until contents begins to thicken, about five minutes.
Remove from heat, allow to partially cool then refrigerate until ready to eat.
