Crustless Steak Mushroom and Cheese Quiche

  1. In a large pan, sauté onions, steak strips, mushrooms and garlic in butter, until cooked.
  2. In a large bowl whisk eggs, then whisk the cream, salt and pepper.
  3. Add the steak and mushroom mixture and stir well.
  4. Mix in the shredded cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 10" pie plate.
  6. Bake at 375 °F (180 °C) for 35-40 minutes or until set and slightly browned.
  7. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
