Directions
  1. Slice peppers, cucumbers and onion. Add to bowl.
  2. When ready to serve add extra virgin olive oil. Squeeze half lemon/half lime.
  3. Sprinkle dried, crushed mint to taste.
  4. Toss salad. Serve.
  5. Note: you can omit onion. You can sub dill for mint. Add salt if preferred.
