  1. Add the bell pepper, lettuce and chicken broth to a large pot. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add the soy sauce and ramen noodles. Boil for 3 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat and add the egg, stirring constantly.
  4. When egg has cooked add the cilantro and sesame oil. Serve immediately.
