Egg Sausage Bake
A tasty way to have eggs and sausage ready to go in the morning.
10 large eggs
10 little pork sausages
1/2 cup 0% Greek yogurt
1/3 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp hot sauce
1/2 cup 3 pepper cheese
1/2 cup milk
4 oz sweet onion
1 <span class="measurestring" title="large (approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia)">large</span> bell pepper
1 tsp sea salt
Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Oil a 9"x13" casserole pan.
Blend the eggs, yogurt, hot sauce, onion, salt, and milk. Pour into the casserole pan.
Sprinkle over the egg mix, 1/2 cup of shredded pepper cheese, 10 chopped pork sausages, and the chopped bell pepper.
Sprinkle the sharp cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake in the oven for about 1 hour, until the center is firm.
