A quick and super healthy breakfast recipe.
1/2 cup slices apples
1 <span class="measurestring" title="extra small (less than 6" long)">extra small</span> banana
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
2 slices whole wheat bread
Warm one of the bread slices with banana on top in the microwave.
When the banana softens enough, pull out the slice and spread the banana on the slice with a knife. Let the slice rest for a minute to absorb the banana juice.
Place strawberries and apple on the slice and top with another slice to complete the sandwich.
This healthy breakfast is ready to munch.
