Garlic Prawns

Ingredients
Directions
  1. Heat oil and butter in pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and chili stirring for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add parsley, lemon rind, and salt and pepper and combine.
  4. Add prawns - heat through (don't leave them in too long otherwise they become rubbery).
  5. Squeeze some lemon juice over the prawns.
  6. Serve with salad and enjoy.
