Gluten Free Bread
Really good gluten free bread.
1 2/3 cup corn starch
2 tbsps flax seed
2 1/4 tsps yeast
1/2 cup sorghum flour
2 large eggs
2 large egg whites
2 tbsps oil
2 tbsps corn syrup
2 tsps cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
Mix all dry ingredients together, keep separate.
Mix all wet ingredients together.
Add 1 cup hot water from the tap, not kettle.
Mix in dry ingredients and mix for 4 minutes.
Put in loaf pan and let rise in draft free area for 80 minutes.
Bake in a 350 °F (175 °C) oven for 35 minutes.
