Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup
A low carb chicken noodle soup for the health of your body.
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp olive oil
8 oz chicken meat
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped celery
4 oz onions
4 oz pasta, small pieces
Sauté onion, carrot, celery in small amount of olive oil, then add some water and cook until soft.
Add stock, low carb noodles, parsley and cook till noodles are done.
Add cooked chicken, heat through and enjoy.
