  1. Scramble sausage in large pot.
  2. Add water and bouillon, allow to boil.
  3. Add tofu, mushrooms, and bamboo shoots. Bring back to boil.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, sugar substitute, rice vinegar, sesame oil, white pepper and chili oil.
  5. Add bok choy and green onions, bring to boil for 4 minutes and serve.
