Mashed Blue Garlic Potatoes
Creamy mashed potatoes with blue cheese and a horseradish kick.
10 cloves garlic
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup 2% milk
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsps blue cheese
2 tsps horseradish
Peel potatoes, boil for approximately 20 minutes or until fork tender. Drain, let stand for 1 minute.
Add potatoes back to the pot, add butter and mash until no lumps are left.
Add the remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
