Mixed Vegetable Soup II
A simple, easy to make healthy vegetable soup.
1 tsp leaves basil
1 tsp dill weed
1 tsp leaves oregano
1 <span class="measurestring" title="cup (8 fl oz)">cup</span> chicken broth
2 cubes vegetable broth
2 cups green beans
3 cups chopped carrots
2 cups chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
2 small zucchini, chopped
5 <span class="measurestring" title="cup (8 fl oz)">cups</span> water
Chop all ingredients.
Put in stockpot and bring to boil.
Simmer for 1 hour.
