Open-Faced Turkey Burgers
Turkey burger on top of a portabella mushroom with salad.
4 <span class="measurestring" title="slice (1 oz)">slices</span> provolone cheese
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb ground turkey
1 cup sliced cucumber
3 cups shredded lettuce
1 piece whole portabella mushroom
2 cups chopped or sliced roma tomato
Take turkey and make 4 1/4 pound burgers and either grill them or fry in pan.
Take 4 portabella heads and bake them or grill them until tender.
Make salad with the vegetables, toss in olive oil and vinegar.
Put burgers on top of mushroom heads and add a slice of cheese on top. put back into oven until cheese is melted.
Take out of oven and put on to plates.
Add salad to the top of the burgers.
Serve and enjoy.
