An awesome dessert that my family has made around the holidays forever.
16 oz cottage cheese, low fat
1/2 cup, section oranges
1 cup mandarin oranges
1 serving orange sugar free jell-o
12 oz cool whip, low fat
Open can of mandarin oranges (sweetened with Splenda), and drain.
Pour cottage cheese in a bowl and mix in the Jell-O until completely coated.
Add Cool Whip to this mixture until fully coated.
Mix can of oranges into mixture about an hour before serving.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
