Paella with Lentils
A delicious paella with lentils and shrimp.
2 cups extra long grain rice
2 cups red lentils
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cups cooked shrimp
2 medium celery stalks
1 cup onions, chopped
5 oz green peas
In big pot, sauté onions and celery. Season to taste.
Add rice, cooked lentils and peas.
In pan, sauté shrimp and 1/2 a lemon with sazon spice.
Combine ingredients and other 1/2 of lemon.
