Parmesan Crusted Tilapia
An appetizing tilapia dish that's easy to prepare and enjoy.
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
2 tbsps olive oil
1 lime yields lime juice
1/2 lb tilapia
Preheat oven 450 °F (230 °C).
Rinse and pat fish dry (paper towel). Sprinkle with seasoning of choice.
Bake in oven for approximately 5 minutes. In the meantime, mix lime juice with olive oil.
Drizzle the lime/oil mixture over fish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Put under broiler for 2 minutes or until top of fish starts to brown.
