1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup pumpkin
1 <span class="measurestring" title="package (3.5 oz)">package</span> vanilla pudding and pie filling
1 1/2 cups low fat frozen whipped topping
Combine pudding mix, evaporated milk, pumpkin and cinnamon in a bowl until well combined.
Gently fold in the whipped topping.
Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
Each serving is approximately 1/2 cup.
