Directions

1. In a large wok or frying pan add the olive oil, raw spinach, garlic powder (sprinkled generously) and balsamic vinegar.
2. Sauté until the leaves are warm just starting to wilt.
3. Add chunk light tuna to pan and mix well.
4. Note: pine nuts add a nice flavor as well.
