Directions

1. In a large zip-close plastic bag combine syrup and spices.
2. Add tenderloins to plastic bag, squeeze out air and seal the bag.
3. Let marinate in refrigerator at least two hours but preferably overnight, turning bag occasionally.
4. Preheat broiler. Place tenderloins on roasting pan and cover with marinade.
5. Broil until pork reaches an internal temperature of 160 °F (70 °C). About 7 minutes per side.
6. Yields about 4 oz of meat per serving.
