Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken
A wonderful fix and forget recipe.
2 tsps minced garlic
1 lemon's juice
24 oz chicken breast, without skin
2 tbsps butter
1 tsp leaves dried oregano
1 tbsp parsley
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 cube chicken bullion
1/2 <span class="measurestring" title="cup (8 fl oz)">cup</span> water
Rub oregano, and black pepper over chicken and melt butter in a skillet.
Brown chicken about 3 minutes then place in the crock pot.
In the same skillet bring lemon juice, water, and chicken bouillon to a boil then pour over the chicken in the crock pot.
Set crock pot on high and cook for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.
Before serving add parsley. Serve with pasta or brown rice.
