Directions

1. Put large pot of water to boil.
2. Peel potatoes imperfectly, leave a little skin on potato. Cut in 2-inch pieces and place in pot of water.
3. Cook until fork can pierce the largest piece in pot.
4. Once cooked, drain pot and place potatoes in a large bowl.
5. Add margarine, broth and all seasonings.
6. Mash with a masher or fork and serve.
